The editable fields for the QuickBooks
Point of Sale product details data includes the
following:

you are signifying that you want this item to be exported to the
NetStores E-Commerce Store during an export item list execution. And
shown on the store shopping cart website. This box is
checked by default.
“Shipping Weight” – This is
the weight of an
item, used in calculating shipping cost for the item by the e-commerce
shopping cart.
“Thumbnail URL” – The location of the
thumbnail picture displayed for this product by the e-commerce shopping
cart software. Clicking the preview
button will load the image into the preview window. If the image link is
broken a red X will appear in the window. By default these values are
set to equal. http://StoreDomain/images/Thumbnails/Item’s Alternative

“Full Description” – This is the full
description of the item to be displayed on the e-commerce shopping cart
software.
QuickBooks Point of Sale doesn’t have a full description box. So
item’s full and proper description may be inputted here for
display on the e-commerce shopping cart software.
Attribute Group ID - This number is
automatically assigned to the item by POS2Net upon the first time you
run Edit Product Details. This is why you are required to edit all items
the first time you run Edit Product Details as POS2Net needs to see all
the items that exist in QBPOS so it can evaluate this number correctly.
This number is very important to stores that carry items with multiple
attributes. This ID signifies the group that a certain item belongs to.
Do not change this number unless you know for certain you want the item
in a different group.
Attribute Ordinal - This number is
automatically assigned to the item by POS2Net upon the first time you
run Edit Product Details. This number signifies the order at which this
item will appear on the options drop down list on the product catalog
web page on your e-commerce shopping cart web page. The order of the
items is assigned by common values such as small, medium, large, extra
large, and also numerically. A large list of common types has been
compiled for sorting but if any are missed you can manually edit the
order here.
